These terms apply to shopping at Moda Theme, www.modatheme.com. Please review product information, pricing and store policies before ordering. Questions can be sent to admin@modatheme.com.

Orders and payment

Please provide accurate contact, payment and delivery information. Review the items, quantities, delivery address and total charges shown at checkout before submitting your order. If you need to correct an order, contact us as soon as possible.

Shipping

Orders are dispatched within 2 days of placement. Delivery usually takes 3–5 days after dispatch. Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by carrier or customs delays. Available destinations, shipping options and charges are shown at checkout.

Returns and refunds

Return requests may be submitted within 3 days of receipt. Customers pay return shipping for non-quality-related returns. Contact admin@modatheme.com before returning an item. See our Return and Refund Policy for return instructions and the Chino warehouse address.
